Trann Be, male, 40, was born in Kampuchea Kraom. He had a certificate of technical agent. He used to study in USA. Before April 17, 1975, he was a secretary of Power Plant Ministry in province and joined CIA in Phnom Penh. He was in charge of criticizing the revolutionary politics told to workers. This document showed the note "was already executed"
ត្រាន់ បេ ភេទប្រុស អាយុ៤០ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅកម្ពុជាក្រោម មានសញ្ញាប័ត្រភ្នាក់ងារបចេ្ចកទេស ធ្លាប់បានទៅរៀននៅអាមេរិក។ មុន១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៥ មាននាទីជាលេខាធិការក្រសួងអគ្គីសនី ប្រចាំខេត្ដ និងបានចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅភ្នំពេញ មានភារកិច្ចនិយាយ ទិតៀនដល់នយោបាយបដិវត្ដន៍ប្រាប់កម្មករ។ ចំពោះឯកសារនេះ មានចំណារថា «កំទេចហើយ»។
