Srei Lam aka Phoap, group chief of messenger, division 310, confessed that Hean, working at big cell, battalion 312, division 310, received the plot from Ek to build up forces, to destroy the revolutionary materials, to convince soldiers to be lazy with work and to take revolutionary cadre's gun by killing them.
