Neou Kantha aka Tha, 27, was born in Prek Tauch village, Prek Dach sub-district, Leuk Dek district, region 25. He admitted to his activities and Va's activities that had tortured female prisoners and intended escaping together on March 5, 1978 he was arrested by the Angkar.
នៅ កន្ថា ហៅ ថា អាយុ ២៧ ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅ ភូមិព្រែកតូច ឃុំព្រែកដាច់ ស្រុកលើកដែក តំបន់ ២៥។ ថា បានសារភាពពី សកម្មភាពរបស់ខ្លួន និងមិត្ដភ័ក្ដឈ្មោះ រ៉ា ក្នុងការធ្វើបាបអ្នកទោស ភេទស្រី និងមានគំនិតគិតចង់នាំគ្នារត់។ នៅថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែមិនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៨ ថា ត្រូវបានអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួន។
