The report of Duch, chief of S-21, was sent to Angkar on the activities of the meetings of Cambodian work party in 1976, 1970, 1975 and 1976. The significance of the meeting to increase the size of the party induded promoting education movement for the people as the base to defend forces preparing troops to seize the cries seizing power and so on some prisoners still concealed their confessions. Tomorrow the complete report will be sent to Angkar receptively regarded and signed by Duch.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍របស់ ឌុច ប្រធានមន្ទីរ ស-២១ ផ្ញើជូនទៅអង្គការ ថ្នាក់លើស្ដីពីសកម្មភាពនៃការប្រជុំរបស់ បក្សពលករកម្ពុជាក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៩, ១៩៧០, ១៩៧៥ និង ១៩៧៦។ ខ្លឹមសារនៃការប្រជុំពង្រីកបក្សពួកបក្សពលករ ជំរុញចលនាអប់រំ ប្រជាជនជាមូលដ្ឋានដើម្បីការពារកម្លាំង រៀបចំកម្លាំងទ័ពដើម្បីវាយ យកទីក្រុង ដណ្ដើមអំណាចតាមចំណែកជាដើម។ ចំពោះអ្នកទោសខ្លះ ឆ្លើយនៅមានការលាក់លៀមច្រើន។ ស្អែក និងជូនកំណត់ហេតុពេញ លេញជូនអង្គការជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ទៀត ដោយគោរពហត្ថលេខា ឌុច។
