The very large Vietnamese presence in Cambodia had been a stumbling block in all kinds of relationships, both within Southeast Asia and around the world, for many years and especially since the begining of 1979.
វត្ដមានដ៏ច្រើនលើសលុបនៃប្រជាជនវៀតណាមនៅក្នុងកម្ពុជា គឺជាឧបសគ្គ មួយដែលរាំងស្ទះចំណងមិត្ដភាពទាំងអស់ ទាំងនៅក្នុងអាស៊ីអាគេ្នយ៍ និងជុំវិញពិភពលោកដែលមានជាយូរឆ្នាំមកហើយ ជាពិសេសគឺនៅក្នុង អំឡុងដើមឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩ នេះតែម្ដង។
