Half a lifetime ago, the United Nations proved a treaty of genecide. but that genecide convention had been languished, unratified, in the US senate for 36 year.
ជាងពាក់កណ្ដាលពេលវេលាដែលកន្លងផុតទៅ អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិដែល បានបង្ហាញអំពីសន្ធិសញ្ញានៃអំពើប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍។ ប៉ុន្ដែអនុសញ្ញា ស្ដីអំពើប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍បានអន់ថយមិនបានឱ្យសច្ចានុម័ត នៅក្នុង ព្រឹទ្ធសភានៃសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកក្នុងអំឡុងពេល៣៦ឆ្នាំ។
