It was generally known that great human, social and cultrural destruction occurred in Cambodia after 1975. This project proposal seeked support from Cambodian scholars and Cambodian refugees in order to document and analyze the human rights violation in Cambodia from 1975 up to present according to the norms and standards of international human rights.
វាត្រូវបានស្គាល់ជាទូទៅថាការបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញប្រជាពលរដ្ឋសង្គមជាតិ និង វប្បធម៌ បានកើតឡើងនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ក្រោយពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥។ គោលបំណងគម្រោងនេះបានការគាំទ្រមកពីបញ្ញាវ័ន្ដ និង ជនភៀសខ្លួនខ្មែរ ដើម្បីចងក្រងជាឯកសារ និង ធ្វើការវិភាគអំពីការរំលោភបំពានសិទ្ធមនុស្សនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា តាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ មករហូតដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ន ដោយយោងទៅតាមបទដ្ឋាន និង ស្ដង់ដារនៃសិទ្ធិមនុស្សអន្ដរជាតិ។
