They transmitted the text of the communiqe of the co-chairman of the Paris Peace Conference on Cambodia and the five permanent member of the United Nations Security Council, issued at the end of the meeting, held in New York, on September 20 and 21, 1991.
តំណាងអចិន្ដ្រៃយ៍ទាំង៥ប្រទេសបានបញ្ជូនអត្ថបទមួយនៃ សេចក្ដីថ្លែង ការណ៍របស់អនុប្រធាននៃសិន្និសីទសន្ដិភាពនៅទីក្រុងប៉ារីសស្ដីពីប្រទេស កម្ពុជា និសមាជិកអចិន្ដ្រៃយ៍តំណាងឱ្យ៥ប្រទេសនៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្ដិសុខ របស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ដែលបានចេញចុងក្រោយ ដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយ នៃការប្រជុំដែលបានប្រារព្វធ្វើឡើងនៅទីក្រុងញ៉ូវយ៉ូក កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ២០-២១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៩១។
