Tann Chhaiheng, secretary of Yugoslavia Embassy joined, the KGB in May 1965, introduced by Chey Ret under Hakk Sienglay Ny, Heng was in charge of convincing Cambodian and foreign students to late on China even more in Soviet Union. Heng left Belgrate on May 7, 1977 and arrived Phnom Penh on May 14. 1977 and had stayed in an office for two days. After that, on May 16, 1977 Angkar sent Heng to his prison. This confession contains the name list of 31 KGB agents led by Hakk Sienglay Ny .
តាន់ ឆៃហេង លេខាធិការស្ថានទូតមកពីយូហ្គោស្លាវី បានចូល កាហេ្សបេ ក្នុងខែឧសភា-១៩៦៥ អ្នកនាំចូលគឺ ជ័យ រេត ក្រោមការ ដឹកនាំរបស់ ហាក់ សៀងឡាយនី។ ហេង មានភារកិច្ចនិយាយពន្យល់ និស្សិតកម្ពុជា និងនិស្សិតបរទេសអោយស្អប់ប្រឆាំងចិនកាន់តែខ្លាំង នៅប្រទេសសូវៀត។ ហេង បានចាកចេញពីក្រុង បែលក្រាតនៅ ថ្ងៃទី៧-ឧសភា ១៩៧៧ មកដល់ក្រុងភ្នំពេញនៅថ្ងៃទី១៤ ឧសភា ១៩៧៧ ហើយបានស្នាក់អាស្រ័យនៅមន្ទីរមួយបាន ២ថ្ងៃ។ បន្ទាប់មកនៅថ្ងៃទី ១៦ ឧសភា ១៩៧៧ អង្គការបានបញ្ជូន ហេង មកមន្ទីរឃុំឃាំងនេះ តែម្ដង។ នៅក្នុងចម្លើយនេះមានបញ្ជីរាយឈ្មោះភ្នាក់ងារកាហេ្សបេ ដឹកនាំដោយ ហាក់ សៀងឡាយនី ចំនួន ៣១នាក់។
