Son Sann wrote a letter to Kassie Neou to confirm he had also worked to improve the human rights conditions for the Khmer. He said that he also requested that international human rights standards be included in the settlement process.
សឺន សាន បានសរសេរសំបុត្រមួយច្បាប់ផ្ញើមកកាន់ កាស៊ី នៅ ដើម្បីបញ្ជាក់ថារូបលោកក៏បានប្រឹងប្រែងធ្វើការដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យស្ថានភាពសិទិ្ធ មនុស្សមានភាពប្រសើរឡើងសម្រាប់ជនជាតិខ្មែរ។ លោកក៏មានប្រសាសន៍ ថា លោកបានដាក់សំណើរដល់អង្គការស្ដង់ដាសិទិ្ធមនុស្សអន្ដរជាតិឱ្យរួម បញ្ចូលនៅក្នុងដំណើរការនៃការដោះស្រាយ។
