The International conference on Kampuchea held at UN headquarters on July 13-17 July 1981 meant different things to different nations and observers. To Vietnam, the conference was illegal and immoral.
សន្និសីអន្ដរជាតិស្ដីពីកម្ពុជាទៅកាន់ទីបញ្ជាការទ័ពអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣-១៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៨១ មានន័យខុសគ្នាទៅកាន់ ប្រជាជាតិនិងអ្នកសងេ្កតការណ៍ខុសគ្នា។ ទៅកាន់វៀតណាម គឺបទល្មើស ខុសច្បាប់និងអសីលធម៌។
