This convention recommended to the commission of Human Rights to recommend to Economic and Social Council that article II of the convention be amended by an optional protocol so as to include acts of inadvertent mission and political and sexual group.
សន្និបាតនេះគឺបានផ្ដល់ជាយោគបល់ដល់គណៈកម្មការសិទិ្ធមនុស្សឱ្យជួយផ្ដាំ ដល់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងសង្គមដែលមានចែងនៅក្នុងមានត្រា២របស់សន្និបាតនេះត្រូវបានធ្វើវិសោធនកម្មទៅតាមជម្រើសរបស់ពង្រាងអនុស្សារណៈដែលរួមបញ្ជូលទាំងសកម្មភាពនៃការការលុបចោលពាណិជ្ជកម្ម នយោបាយ និងក្រុមដែលទាំងទងខាងផ្លូវភេទ។
