Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of regiment 13, division 310, confessed that Seun, assistant to regiment 12, division 310, attended the meeting and received the plot to build up forces, to collect equipment, weapons and foodstuffs in order to attack the party. Moreover, Seun spied on the leadership apparatus's situation in Phnom Penh.
រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ បាន សារភាពពីឈ្មោះ សឺន ជំនួយការវរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំ ទទួលផែនការកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ ប្រមូល សម្ភារៈអាវុធ និង ស្បៀង ត្រៀមវាយបក្ស និងសេុីបការនៅក្រុង ភ្នំពេញពីទីតាំងរស់នៅ របស់ក្បាលម៉ាស៊ីនដឹកនាំ។
