Letter to Secretary Solomon was concerned that because the UN resolutions on Kampuchea contain no provision against a return to power by the Khmer Rouge, the Cambodia genocide problem is re-emerging as a major concern.
សំបុត្រទៅកាន់លេខា សូឡូម៉ុន ដែលមានការព្រួយបារម្ភព្រោះតែដំណោះ ស្រាយអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិទៅលើកម្ពុជា មិនមានបទបញ្ញាតិណាមួយ ដែលប្រឆាំងទៅនឹងការវិលត្រឡប់នៃឥទ្ធិពលអំណាចដោយខ្មែរក្រហម បញ្ហានៃអំពើប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍នៅកម្ពុជាគឺជាកង្វល់ធំនៃការងើបឡើង វិញ។
