US Congress said that the military might US force if the situation demanded. The Cambodian regime did not abide by normal standards. Cambodia made statement about the ownership of island; US thought seizure of the ship was made as a statement for America to stay away from Cambodia.
សមាជសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកបាននិយាយថា «កម្លាំងយោធាអាមេរិកត្រូវតែមានការទាមទារប្រសិនបើស្ថានការណ៍បង្ខំ»របបប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាមិនបានរស់នៅទៅតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌធម្មតាទេ។ កម្ពុជាបង្កើតនូវសេចក្ដីថ្លែងអំពីភាពជាម្ចាស់នៃដែនដីហើយ សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកក៏បានគិតអំពីការដណ្ដើមយកកប៉ាល់នោះគឺជាសេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៍សម្រាប់អាមេរិកឱ្យចេញឆ្ងាយពីកម្ពុជា។
