Congress of 1,100 workers, farmers and soldiers approved a new constitution for Cambodia, the radio Phnom Penh announcement. The broadcast said the congress wanted to create a true democracy without either rich or poor and a country that was neutral, independent and nonaligned.
សមាជនៃមហាជួបជុំកម្មករ កសិករ យោធា ចំនួន១១០០នាក់ បានអនុម័តបង្កើតរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញថ្មីសម្រាប់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា នេះបើយោងតាមវិទ្យុក្រុងភ្នំពេញបានចេញផ្សាយ។ ប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយថា សមាជនៃមហាជួបជុំចង់បង្កើតនូវលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យពិតមួយ ដោយគ្មានអ្នកមានគ្មានអ្នកក្រ និង ប្រទេសអព្យាក្រឹត្យភាព ឯករាជ្យ និង មិនចូលរួមបក្សសម្ព័ន្ធ។
