Sichantha Kassie Neou is a Cambodian genocide survivor. He raised three points in his statement submitted to the 44th session of the Commission on Human Rights. The three points were self-determination of Cambodia people, gross violation of Human Rights and the movement.
ស៊ីចាន់ថា កេសីនូវ គឺជាអ្នកដែលរួចជីវិតពីអំពើប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍កម្ពុជា។ លោកបានលើងឡើងបីចំណុចដែលមាននៅក្នុងសេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៍ដែលត្រូវ និយាយនៅបេសកម្មទៅលើសិទ្ធមនុស្សលើទី៤៤។ បីចំណុចនោះរួមមានៈ សិទ្ធក្នុងសមេ្រចចិត្ដដោយខ្លួនឯងរបស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ការរំលោភដ៏ធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ ទោលើសិទ្ធមនុស្ស និង ការផ្លាស់ទី។
