Sihanouk gave his massage in the 44th session of the UN General Assembly. He said that the main objective of his proposal was not a power sharing among the four Cambodian parties but reconciliation within National Union Government of Cambodia.
សីហនុបានផ្ដល់រាជសាររបស់ទ្រង់នៅក្នុងមហាសន្និបាតនៃអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ លើកទី៤៤ ដែលក្នុងនោះបាននិយាយថា ចំណុចដ៏សំខាន់ដែលចង់បង្ហាញនោះគឺមិនមែនជាការបែងចែកអំណាចរបស់ បក្សកម្ពុជាទាំងបួននោះទេ ប៉ុន្ដែគឺជាការផ្សះផ្សារវាងបក្សសម្ព័ន្ធនៅក្នុងប្រទេសនៃរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា។
