Not long after the communists captured Phnom Penh, they issued secret instructions: "Eliminate all high-ranking military official and government officials. Did this secretly. Also got provincial officers who owed the communist party as blood debt."
រយះពេលមិនវែង ក្រោយពីបក្សកុម្មនិស្ដកាន់កាប់ក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។ ពួកគេបានចេញសេចក្ដីណែនាំយ៉ាងសម្ងាត់ ឪការលុបបំបាត់ឋារន្ដនៈសក្ដិយោធាគ្រប់ប្រភេទ និង លុបបំបាត់មន្ដ្រីរដ្ឋាភិបាល។ ធ្វើនេះជាសម្ងាត់ ក៏ដូចជាមន្ដ្រីខេត្ដ ដែលជំពាក់ បំណុលបង្ហូរឈាមបក្សកុម្មនិស្ដ។
