The UN security council held its sexth meeting in Paris and New York in 1990. At the end of the meeting, the five reached final agreement for a settlement: transitional agrrangment during pre-election period, military arrangments, election under UN control, Human Rights protection and International guarantees.
ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្ដិសុខអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិបានប្រារឰកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទីប្រាំមួយ របសនៅប៉ារីស និងញ៉ូវយ៉កក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៩០ ។ នៅចុងបញ្ចប់នៃកិច្ចប្រជុំ ប្រាំលើក ក្នុងការឈានទៅរកកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងចុងក្រោយ រៀបចំការបកប្រែ កំឡុង ពេលមុនពេលបោះឆ្នោត ការរៀបចំយោធា ការបោះឆ្នោតស្ថិតនៅ ក្រោមត្រួតពិនិត្យរបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាតិ សិទ្ធិមនុស្សមានកាគាំពារ និងការធានារបស់អន្ដរជាតិ។
