A Froup of 16 people wrote a letter to US Secretary of State, concerning the urgent need for swift and decisive US leadership in the implementation of the comprehansive plan of action adopted at the International conference on Indochinese refugees.
ក្រុមមនុស្សមួយក្រុមដែលមានសមាជិក១៦នាក់បានសរសេរសំបុត្រផ្ញើមក កាន់រដ្ឋលេខាធិការសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកអំពីតម្រូវការបន្ទាន់សម្រាប់លោក ស្វីស និងមេដឹកនាំសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកដែលមិនចេះរារ៉ែក ក្នុងការអនុវត្ដផែន ការដ៏ទូលំទូលាយនៅក្នុងសន្និសីទអន្ដរជាតិស្ដីពីពីជនភៀសខ្លួនឥណ្ឌូចិន។
