The ford administration had approved the forst U.S commercial export to the communist government of Cambodia a $ 450,000 sale of insecticide arranged through Hong Kong. The insecticide, described as a variety of DDT, eas being sold by a Texas firm.
រដ្ឋាភិបាលលោកប្រធានាធិបតី ហ្វដ បានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យមានពាណិជ្ជកម្មនាំចេញជាលើកដំបូងទៅកាន់រដ្ឋាភិបាលកុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជា នូវផលិតផលសម្លាប់សត្វល្អិត ដែលបានរៀបចំជំនួញតាមរយៈទីក្រុងហុងកុង ក្នុងតម្លៃ៤៥០,០០០ដុល្លារសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។ ថ្នាំនេះជាប្រភេទថ្នាំសម្លាប់សត្វល្អិត ឌីឌីធី កំពុងត្រូវបានលក់ដោយ ធិសាសហ្វើម។
