Rit, cadre of kerosene factory, confessed that in the course of the war, Ly was a cadre of Office S-84 and had bought rice to supply the northern zone under the control of Khuon. After April 17, 1975, Khuon assigned Ly to kerosene factory in Kampong Som and had linked with him. Ly conducted practical activities in causing trucks gone wrong frequently and in pouring oil out everyday.
រិត កម្មាភិបាលរោងចក្របេ្រងកាត ឆ្លើយថា កាលនៅក្នុងសង្គ្រាម ឈ្មោះលី ជាកម្មាភិបាលនៅមន្ទីរស-៨៤ មានភារកិច្ចដើរទិញស្រូវ អង្ករផ្គត់ផ្គង់មន្ទីរភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ ក្រោមការគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់ឃួន។ ក្រោយ ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ឃួនបានចាត់តាំងលីឱ្យមកនៅរោងចក្រ បេ្រងកាត កំពង់សោម ហើយភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយខ្លួន។ លី ធ្វើសកម្មភាព ជាក់ស្ដែងកន្លងមកគឺធ្វើឱ្យឡានខូចជាញឹកញាប់ និងកំពប់ បេ្រងរាល់ថ្ងៃ។
