An estimated 120 million American recently spent 9 and half hours watching the inhuman persecution of Europe's Jews by the Nazis. The question was that: Could the extermination of a helpless people take place again without the world rising up reghteous indignation? The answer is that it could. It happened in Cambodia, but there was no Khmer lobby in Washington and no public outcry against this policy of genocide.
ប្រជាជនអាមេរិកាំងប្រមាណ ១២០លាននាក់ ថ្មីនេះបានចំណាយពេល ៩ម៉ោងកន្លះមើលការ ការធ្វើទុកបុមេ្នញដ៏អមនុស្សធម៌ទៅលើជនជាតិជ្វិប នៅអ៊ឺរ៉ុបដោយណាស៊ី។ សំណួរគឺថាៈ តើការសម្លាប់លុបបំបាត់ចោលនូវមនុស្សដែលគ្មានជំនួយ អាចកើតឡើងមÒទៀតដោយគ្មានការកើនឡងសមេ្លងតវ៉ាប្រឆាំង រកយុតÒិធម៌របស់ពិភពលោកដែរឬទេ? ចម្លើយគឺអាច។ វាបានកើតឡើងទៅកម"ុជា ប៉ុនែÒគ្មានអ្នកតវ៉ាបញ្ចុះបញ្ចូលសភានៅវ៉ាស៊ីងតោន ជាជនជាតិខ្មែរ ហើយគ្មានសមេ្លងប្រឆាំងជាសាធារណៈទៅនឹងគោលនយោបាយប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍នេះឡើយ។
