Earlier reports of brutality and blood bath was real. Khmer Rouge did not care about the death and suffering of their people for they are building a better nation which will then benefit the people. The conditions of which the people were living with under the command of the Khmer Rouge regime.
របាយការណ៍ទាក់ទងនឹងអំពើតិរច្ឆាន និង ការបង្ហូរឈាមដូចទឹកគឺជាការពិត។ ខ្មែរក្រហមមិនបានខ្វល់អំពីការស្លាប់ និងការឈឺចាប់របស់ប្រជាជនខ្លាំងប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ សំរាប់គេគិតថាកាស្ថាបនាប្រទេសឱ្យមានភាពប្រសើរគឺមានប្រយោជន៍ជាងប្រជាជន។ ស្ថានភាពរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាជនត្រូវស្ថិតនៅក្រោមបង្គាប់នៃរបបខ្មែរក្រហម។
