This report covered human rights developments in the State of Cambodia (SOC)between October 01, 1991 and January 31, 1992. From December 8-28, 1991, Amnesty International was allowed for the first time to visit the State of Cambodia, and this made it possible for the organization to conduct a preliminary on the spot assessment of human rights developments, including positive steps and continuing or new problems.
របាយការណ៍នេះនិយាយពីការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សិទិ្ធមនុស្សនៅក្នុងរដ្ឋនៃប្រទេស កម្ពុជា (អេស -អូ -ស៊ី) ចន្លោះខែតុលា ថ្ងៃទី០១ ឆ្នាំ១៩៩១ ដល់ខែ មករា ថ្ងៃទី ៣១ ឆ្នាំ១៩៩២ ។ ចាប់ពីខែធ្នូ ថ្ងៃទី ៨-២៨ ឆ្នាំ១៩៩១ ការលើកលែងទោសអន្ដរជាតិគឺត្រូវវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យចូលមក ទស្សនារដ្ឋនៃកម្ពុជាជាលើកដំបូង និងផ្លូវដែលបង្កើតឱ្យមានការកើតឡើង នូវអង្គការសម្រាប់ណែនាំជាបឋមទៅលើការប៉ាន់ប្រមាណនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ នៃសិទិ្ធមនុស្សរួមបញ្ចូលទាំងជំហានវិជ្ជមាន និងការបន្ដរឺបញ្ហាថ្មីៗ។
