Nou Dam was one of the refugees who escaped to camps at Thai-Cambodia border. He dislikes the Vietnamese and hates the Khmer Rouge. They killed his father and starved his family.
នូ ដាម គឺជាជនភៀសខ្លួនម្នាក់ដែលបានរត់ភៀសខ្លួនមកកាន់ជំរំនៅតែ ព្រំដែន ថៃ-កម្ពុជា។ លោកថា លោកមិនចូលចិត្ដក្រុមវៀតណាម ហើយ ក៏ស្អប់ក្រុមខ្មែរក្រហមផងដែរ ដោយសារតែអ្នកទាំងនោះបានសម្លាប់ ឪពុករបស់លោក និងបង្អត់អាហារដល់គ្រួសាររបស់លោកទៀតផង។
