Cambodian Premier Pol Pot had invited all Cambodian living abroad who fled this communist government to come home to a warm welcome. Pol Pot said, "If they want to return, no matter who they are, we will give them a cordial reception."
នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីប្រទេសកម"ុជា ប៉ុល ពត បានធ្វើការអពោ្ជីញប្រជាជនកម"ុជានៅក្រៅប្រទេសដែលបានរត់ភៀសខ្លួនពីរដ្ឋាភិបាលកុម្មុយនិស្តនេះ ឱ្យត្រឡប់មកផ្ទះវិញ ជាមួយនឹងការស្វាគមន៍ដ៏កក់កេ្តៅ។ ប៉ុលពតបាននិយាយថា «បើពួកគេចង់ត្រឡប់មកវិញ មិនសំខាន់ពួគេជានរណាយើងនឹងផ្តល់ការទទួលស្វាគមន៍រាក់ទាក់មួយ» ។
