The General Assembly at its 35th session, on December 15, 1980, adapted its resolution 35/172 entitled«Summary or Arbitrary Executions». In that resolution, the General Assembly alarmed the incidence in different parts of the world of summary executions as well as of arbitrary executions.
មហាសន្និបាតនាសម័យប្រជុំលើកទី៣៥ ដែលបានធ្វើឡើងនៅថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៨០ ដែលបានដោះស្រាយយ៉ាងស្ទាត់ជំនាញ ៣៥, ១៧២ ដែលក្រោមចំណងជើង «សងេ្ខប រឺការប្រតិបតិ្ដតាមទំនើងចិត្ដ» នៅក្នុងដំណោះស្រាយនេះ មហាសន្និបាតបានបពោ្ចញនូវការលើកឡើងនៅ ក្នុងផ្នែកផេ្សងៗគ្នារបស់ពិភពនៃការប្រតិបតិ្ដសងេ្ខបក៏ដូចជាការប្រតិបតិ្ដ តាមទំនើងចិត្ដ។
