Ma Soeun was a communist Khmer. He was a soldier in squad 2, platoon302, Company308, and stationed at district12 (Kampong Tralach) region31. He defected to the society at Long Vek military operation on July 17, 1974.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ា សឿន ជាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ មានឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជននៅក្រុម ទី២ កងអនុសេនាតូច៣០២ កងអនុសេនាធំ៣០៨ ជាកងទ័ពប្រចាំ ស្រុក១២ (ស្រុកកំពង់ត្រឡាច) តំបន់៣១ ហើយបានភ្ញាក់រលឹកចូល ក្នុងសង្គមជាតិនៅតំបន់ប្រតិបត្ដិការសឹកលង្វែកនៅថ្ងៃទី១៧ កក្កដា ១៩៧៤។
