Photographs believed to be the first of actual forced labor conditions in the countryside of Cambodia had reached the West. The photographer died in am attempt to escape the country, but his film was sinuggled out by a relative.
មានរូបថតមួយចំនួនបានជឿជាក់ថាជាជនរងគ្រោះដំបូងបង្អស់ត្រូវបានបង្ខំឱ្យធ្វើការនៅតាមទីជនបទនៃប្រទេសកម្ពជា បានឮទៅដល់ប្រទេសលោកខាងលិច។ អ្នកថតរូបត្រូវបានស្លាប់ ខណៈពេលមានបំណងចង់ទៅគេចចេញប្រទេស ប៉ុន្ដែភាពយន្ដរបស់គាត់ត្រូវបានលួចលាក់យកចេញដោយសាច់ញាតិរបស់គាត់។
