There had been lots of deaths in the world. More than a million Americans perished in the Ottaman Empire at the begining of the century. Seven million Ukrainians were put to death by Stalin's order. Then Hilter erected mured of six million Jews. The one most likely to haunt Americans took place in Cambodia, where the Communist Khmer Rouge killed more than a million people.
