Two letters were sent to the times and the western press, concerning with the war of Cambodia. Things got a lot worse when Sihanouk was overthrown in 1970. American bombing destroyed most of the rural areas by 1973.
លិខិតពីរច្បាប់បានផេ£ីជូនមួយច្បាប់ទៅសារព័ត៌មាន«ថាយ» និង សារព័ត៌មានវេស្ទើនទាក់ទងនឹងសង្គ្រាមកម្ពុជា។ មានរឿងធំៗជាច្រើនបានកើតឡើងនៅពេលដែលទម្លាក់សីហនុ ចេញពីអំណាចក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។ គ្រាប់បែករបស់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកបានទម្លាក់កមេ្ទចតាមទីជនបទយ៉ាងខ្លាំងនៅឆ្មាំ ១៩៧៣។
