Le Quang Chan was in Cambodia in 1951 and left in 1952. He worked with the Khmer Issarak in the marquis. He knew Son Ngoc Minh, Tou Samouth and Keo Moni, who was the President of the Issarak in Eastern Cambodia
លី គាំងចាន បានរស់នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៥១ ហើយមក ដល់ឆ្នាំ១៩៥២ លោកក៏បានចាកចេញ។ លោកបានធ្វើការជាមួយ នឹងខ្មែរឥស្សរៈ ក្នុងតំណែងជាមន្ដ្រីវាំង។ កាលលោកធើ្វការ លោកក៏ ស្គាល់ សឺង ង៉ុក មិញ ទូសាមុត និង កែបមុនី ដែលអ្នកទាំងនោះគឺជារដ្ឋ មន្ដ្រីខ្មែរឥស្សរ នៅតំបន់ភាគខាងកើតប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ។
