Three months after the arrival of UNAMIC and the return of Prince Sihanouk, it was essential to take stock of the country's situation and the implementation of the peace agreements. These agreements created a triple calendar: military, political, and humanitarian.
ក្នុងរយៈពេលបីខែក្រោយការមកដល់របស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិដែលជា បេសកម្មពិសេសនៅក្នុងកម្ពុជាដែលហៅកាត់ថា យូណាម៉ិច និងការយាង ត្រឡប់មកវិញរបស់សមេ្ដច សីហនុ នោះគឺមានភាពចាំបាច់ណាស់សម្រាប់ ទទួលយកនូវព្រឹត្ដការណ៍ដែលបានកើតឡើងនៅក្នុងប្រទេសរួមទាំង ការប្រតិបត្ដិតាមកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្ដិភាព។ កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនេះ បានចែក ជាតារាង៣ដែលនិយាយយអំពីផ្នែកយោធា នយោបាយ និងមនុស្សជាតិ។
