In an effort to curb the influence of the communist Khmer Rouge guerrillas, the Reagan Administration in tended to triple its aid to the non-communist Cambodian opposition led by Prince Sihanouk controlling 12,000 to 19, 000 troops and Son Sann controlling about 5, 000 soldiers.
