The Norwegian delegation has repeatedly stressed that the main responsibility for the Present situation rests with occupying power. Foreign interventions violate the fundamental principles of international law and constitute a grave threat to international peace and security.
គណៈប្រតិភូនៃប្រទេសន័រវែសបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ម្ដងទៀតនូវទទួលខុសត្រូវជាចម្បងសំរាប់ស្ថានភាពដែលស្ថិតនៅក្រោមអំណាចកាន់កាប់បច្ចុប្បន្ន។ អន្ដរាគមន៍បរទេសរំលោភលើគោលការណ៍គ្រិះនៃច្បាប់អន្ដរជាតិ និង បង្កើតឱ្យមានការគំរាមកំហែងយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរទៅលើសន្ដិភាពជាតិ និង សន្ដិសុខ។
