Economic reforms in rural Vietnam had spurred production of rice, fish and other food. Farmers' incomes were up to sideline occupations. But some official said the new system was leading to the breakdown of the cooperative system.
កំណែទម្រង់ខាងវិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៅតាមតំបន់វាលស្រែក្នុងប្រទេសវៀតណាម បានជំរុញឱ្យមានការបង្កើននូវទន្និផលស្រូវ ត្រី និងស្បៀងដទៃទៀត។ ចំណូលរកបានកសិករបាឈានផុតពីខ្សែបន្ទាត់បណ្ដោះអាសន្នដែលបាន កំណត់ប៉ុន្ដែ មន្ដ្រីមួយចំនួននិយាយថាប្រព័ន្ធថ្មីដែលបានដាក់មក នេះគឺជា ហេតុនាំឱ្យមានការបែកបាក់នៃប្រព័ន្ធសហប្រតិបត្ដិការ។
