Cambodia seized ship as they thought former "enemies" were fleeing they country. This was the second foreign ship that Cambodia had seized. American says they are not welcome anywhere hear Cambodia. They also say that the Cambodian government is stricter than what the outside world is predicting.
កម្ពុជាបានដណ្ដើមយកកប៉ាល់ដូចអ្វីដែលគេបានគិតថាសត្រូវបានគេចចេញពីប្រទេសរបស់យើង។ នេះគឺជាកប៉ាល់បរទេសទី២ ដែលកម្ពុជាបានដណ្ដើមយក។ អាមេរិកខាងលិចបាននិយាយថា គេមិនទទួលការដឹងលឺរបស់កម្ពុជាហើយគេក៏បានបន្ដថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាមានភាពតឹងរឹងខ្លាំងជាងអ្វីដែលពិភពលោកខាងក្រៅគិតទៅទៀត។
