The Cambodians had given a remarkable new document, a so-called Black Paper that details instances of Vietnamese aggression. The paper claimed that when Richard Nixon ordered the invasion of Cambodia in 1970, there were as many as 300,000 Viet-Cong in Northeastern Cambodia.
កម្ពុជាបានឱ្យឯកសារដ៏គួរឱ្យចាប់អារម្មណ៍មួយហៅថា «បព្ជាីខ្មៅ» ដែលរៀបរាប់ពីបណ្ដឹងនៃការឈ្លានពានរបស់វៀតណាម។ ក្នុងក្រដាសក៏បានសរសេរពីពេលដែល រីឆាត នីសុន បព្ជាពីការឈ្លានពាននៃកម្ពុជា នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរក្រុមវៀតកុងជាង៣០០០០០នាក់ នៅភាគឦសាននៃកម្ពុជា។
