Nearly 300 Cambodians were gunned down by Cambodian soldiers during attempts to escape to Thailand, witnesses said. About a dozen survivors in interview at this border told of three incidents in which men, women and children fleeing toward the border were ambused and shot down by patrols communist-led forces.
កងទ័ពកម្ពុជាជិត ៣០០នាក់បានទម្លាក់អាវុធ ក្នុងការប៉ងប៉នដើម្បីរត់គេចទៅប្រទេសថៃ នេះបើយោងសាក្សីបាននិយាយ។ អំពីអ្នករួចជីវិតជាច្រើន នៅក្នុងបទសម្ភាសនៅឯព្រំដែន បានប្រាប់ពីបុព្វហេតុ៣លើបុរស នារី និង កុមារ ធ្វើដំណើរឆ្ពោះទៅព្រំដែនគឺបានវាយឆ្មក់ និង បាញ់រះដោយ ទាហានល្បាតនៃកងកម្លាំងកុម្មុយនិស្ដ។
