Viet Cong militia in Saigon and approximately 30,000 people gathered to cheer Gen. Tran Van Tra, the head of South Vietnam's caretaker government, as he declared that the land of Vietnam had been rid of all foreign agressors. Saigon's morning nerved with revolutionary songs like "The Flowers of Victory Are Blooming Everywhere."
កងឈួបវៀតកុងនៅសាយហ្គ៉ន និងប្រមាណជា៣០០០០នាក់ប្រមូលផ្ដុំគ្នាដើម្បីអបអរសាទរ ឧត្ដមសេនីយត្រានវ៉ានត្រា ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃការគ្រប់គ្រងរដ្ឋាភិបាលវៀតណាមខាងត្បូងគាត់ក៏បានប្រកាសថាទឹកដីនៃប្រទេសវៀតណាម ធ្លាក់កំចាត់ជនឈ្លានពានបរទេសទាំងអស់។ ចំរៀងបដិវត្ដន៍សាយហ្គនដែលចាក់ផ្សាយនៅពេលព្រឹកគឺថា «ផ្កានៃជ័យជម្នះបានរីកសាយគ្រប់ទីកន្លែង»។
