Kassie Neou was a teacher and translator. During the Khmer Rouge rule, he survived by inventing new identities-farmer, cabdriver, mechance and storyteller. Accused of being a spy, he was beaten until he could not hear. He lost his wife and father.
កាស៊ីនូ គឺជាសាស្ដ្រាចារ្យនិងជាអ្នកបកប្រែម្នាក់ក្នុងសម័យខ្មែរក្រហម។ នូ បានរស់រានមានជីវិតដោយប្រឌិតប្រវត្ដិរូបថ្មីទៅជាកសិករ, អ្នកបើក តាក់ស៊ី, ជាងម៉ាស៊ីននិងជាអ្នកនិទានរឿង។ នូ ត្រូវបានចោទ ប្រកាន់ថា ជាគិញ, គាត់ ត្រូវបានទទួលរងការវាយដំរហូតគាត់ស្ដាប់មិនលឺ។ គាត់ បានបាត់បង់ប្រពន្ធនិងលោកឪពុក។
