The blackout, imposed with fall of Phnom Penh, had reduced communications to confused refugees at the border. There were numerous matters. These included the fate of the former Cambodian government leaders and news correspondents.
ការបំផ្លាញជាប់ជាមួយនឹងការជួលរំលំនៃទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ បានកាត់បន្ថយទំនាក់ទំនង សារព័ត៌មានដើម្បីលាក់កំបាំងជនភៀសខ្លួននៅតាមបណ្ដោយព្រំដែន។ មានបព្ហាមួយចំនួន។ រួមបព្ចាូលទាំងជោគវាសនានៃអតីតមេដឹកនាំរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និង អ្នកសារព័ត៌មាន។
