Nhik Veng Hour was a CIA network who worked in the AKAFA organization, and disguised [him/herself]as repatriator in order to prepare the CIA plan to fight the revolution. Nhik Veng Hour and Sim Silena were arrested at Dei Eth by people, during fleeing to Vietnam. This hand-written and typed document relating to their activities comprised 151 pages.
ញឹក វ៉េងហួរ ជាខ្សែ សេ.អ៊ី.អា បម្រើការនៅក្នុងអង្គការ អាកាហ្វា និងបានបន្លំខ្លួនជាមួយអ្នកធ្វើមាតុភូមិនិវត្ដន៍ ដើម្បីរៀបចំផែនការណ៍ សេ អ៊ី អា ក្នុងការប្រឆាំងនឹងបដិវត្ដន៍។ ញឹក វ៉េងហួរ និង ស៊ឹម ស៊ីឡេណា ត្រូវបានប្រជាជននៅដីដ្ឋចាប់ខ្លួនពេលធ្វើដំណើរលួចរត់ សំដៅទៅប្រទេសវៀតណាម។ ឯកសារនេះមានចំនួន ១៥១ ទំព័រ ទាំងសរសេរដៃ និងវាយអង្គុលីលេខ។
