Hakk Seang Lany [Hakk Seang Lay Ny], 37 year old, born in Tunle Bet subdistrict, Kampong Cham province, went to study in Soviet Union in 1960. While in Moscow in 1963, he contacted KGB and been undercover to persuade students. In mid-April 1970, Lany went to Peijing. After assigning National United front of Kampuchea and government of National Union of Cambodia lany worked at Ministry of Foreign Affairs Lany had visited many other countries. In the confession Lany had described the plan of soviet Uion and Vietnam in making Cambodia as their satellite state in more than 5 year war ant the plan to take over Cambodia
ហាក់ ស៊ាងឡាយនី«ហាក់ ស៊ាងឡាយនី»អាយុ ៣៧ ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅឃុំ ទនេ្លបិទ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម បានទៅរៀននៅសហភាពសូវៀតនៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៦០។ ១៩៦៣ រៀននៅម៉ូស្គូ ហើយបានទាក់ទងភ្នាក់ងារ កា ហេ្ស បេ បង្កប់ខ្លួនចាំទាក់ទាញនិស្សិត។ នៅពាក់កណ្ដាលខែ៤-១៩៧០ ឡាយនី បានទៅប៉េកាំង បន្ទាប់ពីចាត់តាំងរណសិរ្សរួបរួម ជាតិកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលរួបរួមជាតិកម្ពុជាមក ឡាយនីបានចូលធ្វើការ ក្នុងក្រសួងការបរទេស។ ឡាយនី បានដើរធ្វើទស្សនកិច្ចនៅប្រទេស ផេ្សងៗជាច្រើន។ ក្នុងចម្លើយសារភាព ឡាយនីមានសរសេរពីផែន ការណ៍សូវៀត និងវៀតណាម ក្នុងការយកកម្ពុជាធ្វើជារណប ក្នុងសង្គ្រាមជាង ៥ ឆ្នាំ និង ផែនការវាយយកកម្ពុជា។
