This was the convention on preventing and convicting of the genocidal crime, which had been officially approved and ratified or participated by the assembly resolution, No.260/K, dated on December 6, 1948.
អនុសញ្ញាស្ដីពីកាបង្ការ និងផ្ដន្ទាទោសឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍បាន ឯកភាព និងស្នើចុះហត្ថលេខា និងអោយសច្ចាប័ន រឺចូលរួមដោយ សេចក្ដីសំរេចចិត្ដលេខ ២៦០ក របស់មហាសន្និបាតនាថ្ងៃទី ៦ ធ្នូ ១៩៤៨។
