One thousand survivors of the Pol Pot regime would appeal to Khmer political leaders to adopt human rights treaties and monitoring as part of negotiations. The appeal would be made by the Cambodia Documentation Commission, led by Dith Pran.
អ្នករស់មានជីវិតពីរបប ប៉ុល ពត ជាងមួយពាន់នាក់បានអំពាវដល់មេដឹកនាំ នយោបាយកម្ពុជាឱ្យអនុវត្ដន៍ទៅតាមសន្ធិសញ្ញាស្ដីពីសិទិ្ធមនុស្សនិងចាត់ទុកជា ការត្រួតពិនិត្យមួយផ្នែកទៅលើកិច្ចចរចារ។ សេចក្ដីអំពាវនាវនេះត្រូវ បានដឹកដោយ ឌិត ប្រន ហើយត្រូវបានរៀបរៀងដោយគណៈកម្មការ ប្រមូលឯកសារកម្ពុជា។
