The first speaker, Ousman Ahmadou Sallah, said that the brutal invasion of Kampuchea by Vietnam, on 25 December 1978, constituted a flagrant violation of the independence and territorial integrity of a sovereign state.
អ្នកថ្លែងទី១ អូសមេន អាម៉ាដូ សាឡះ បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា ការឈ្លាន ពានពីរវៀតណាមមកលើកម្ពុជាយ៉ាងឃោរឃៅនៅថ្ងៃទី ២៥ ខែធ្នូ ១៩៧៨ បង្កើតការរំលោភយ៉ាងជាក់ស្ដែងនៃឯករាជភាព និងបូរណភាព ដែនដី នៃអធិបតេយ្យភាពរដ្ឋមួយ។
