The Secretary General noted in his report that it was becoming increasingly clear that one party, the party of Democratic Kampuchea, was not taking the step necessary to enable it to honour the assurances that it had given.
អគ្គលេខាធិកា បានកត់ត្រានៅក្នុងរបាយការណ៍ដែលបានបញ្ជាក់កាន់តែ ច្បាស់ពីគណបក្សមួយ គណបក្សកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ មិនត្រូវបានចាត់ វិធានការចាំបាច់ដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យផ្ដល់កិត្ដិយសដែលការធានាដែលបានផ្ដល់ឱ្យ។
